• raw honey is unprocessed, unpasteurized, and unfiltered. that means it retains natural enzymes and antioxidants.

  • Local honey varies by season and of course, region. Depending on what’s available to the bees. Although our honey is coming from the same area each time you purchase, early season and late season may taste different.

  • Supporting your local beekeeper keeps honeybee populations healthy. This is crucial for local pollination.

  • Buying local reduces “food miles” compared to purchasing imported honey.

  • Crystallization is proof of honey’s purity. It is not a sign of spoilage! Real, raw honey will do this as a sign that it has been minimally processed. The lack of this process ensures that honey maintains it’s essential vitamins, beneficial bacteria and antioxidants.

  • Honey sales are first come, first serve. You can shoot us am instagram DM with your order and once we have a venmo payment or cash, we can leave honey in the stand for you to pick up.

  • we offer 8oz jars for $8 and 16 oz jars for $16. *these prices are only good when purchasing directly from the ranch. Retailers may mark up at their discretion.

  • Determining the season or being “in the honey flow” is truly up to the bees and what they have available to them. We’d love to guarantee our first harvest in Early June but there truly is no way of knowing. We check our bees once a week and will release to social media as soon as we are harvesting.

  • Special requests only for larger sizes toward the end of the summer.
